NOTE: the recipe ingredient amounts are not suitable for the Mini Breadmaker SD-PN100
Steps

Put ingredients in the bread pan in the order listed. Put the yeast in the yeast dispenser if you have one. |

Set the breadmaker to the brioche program, light crust. |

Toast the walnuts in a pan with a drizzle of maple syrup until they start to colour. Allow to cool to add on the beep later. |

Add the extra butter, mixed fruit and walnuts when the bread bakery beeps. Do not put them in the raisin and nut dispenser. |
